Mid-century dresser set gets a boho look

This is one of my favorite pieces, not to mention my daughter has her eye on it to acquire for herself.  The video included in this post shows how to accent your stencils with gold leaf sheets.  I really enjoyed working on this set and think that the different shades of colors work great together.

Flowers d├ęcoupaged on a tall dresser

Here is a little spring bling to get you in the mood!  I love how many drawers this dresser offers to mix up all the different flower prints.  This will certainly brighten up any room!

There is a tutorial on d├ęcoupaging with the iron-on technique within this post link ( https://blog.refurbishinthemiddle.com/2018/08/the-big-reveal-hulk.html )  *watch the video part 3 of 4.

Fancy & Ornate Victorian Entry Table Makeover

This elegant marble top table has been passed down through three generations.  It got a fresh updated makeover!  Painting the base black really made the veins of the marble pop, and highlight the beauty in this piece.  I love the ornate detailing within the wood base of this table. Detailing it some with light sanding using a foam block, distresses it perfectly to make the wood peek through the black paint, highlighting it's curves, history, and character of of being a vintage Victorian piece.  I ❤️ this piece!!

Here is what I used on the entire project:
  • Chakra by Junkyard Goddess Milk Paint
  • Hemp oil to finish

I also finish this beauty using gold leafing to highlight the transfer and her feet. I ❤️ Ms. Celestial Rose, isn't she gorgeous!?!?
